They don't care. They're too busy balancing the state's coffers.

The CHP should.....'

Stop committing grand theft while on disability leave and getting caught -

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/articl...n193346D01.DTL

"A California Highway Patrol officer is facing charges after police say he was caught stealing an Xbox gaming system from a Target store.

The Sacramento Bee reports that Officer Shawn Hammonds was arrested Monday after police were called to a Vacaville Target store by security officers.

Vacaville police Sgt. Jeff King told the newspaper that including Monday's incident, Hammonds is suspected of stealing more than $1,300 in merchandise from the store on four separate occasions. He allegedly sold the merchandise over the Internet.

A CHP official says the 36-year-old Hammonds, who has been out on injury leave for several months, has been with the CHP for five years.

He was assigned to the CHP's Protective Service Division, which provides security to state buildings.

Hammonds is free on bail after being booked on suspicion of four counts of burglary.

It was not known if he had retained an attorney."

The cite for not moving to the right could be 21461(a) vc failure to obay a traffic control device, which would mean failure to follow the black and white slower traffic move to the right sign. But really it wouldn't stand if you went to court.

it's funny how you mentioned the sunset area, I actually got into my first car accident there because some old lady ran a stop sign. boy was my dad mad at me, and I wasn't even at fault! turns out she was driving uninsured too, good thing her son-in-law paid off all my damages. oh almost forgot, when I asked her for her info she got in the car and started her car, right before she could drive off, my mom (who showed up right on time) stood in front of the lady's car and yelled STOP!

THIS ^

it pisses me to HELL when people think that just cause they are going 5mph over the speed limit ... they are untitled to drive in the fast lane!

MOVE OVER PEOPLE! seriously!

Then there's the drivers that think the left lane is a phone booth. They move over there to chat on the phone, or worse, text on the phone and in the process slow down so they can concentrate more on their conversation.
thanks for nothing you ****S!

^ From what I understand, non English speaking drivers are allowed to have a certified translator at the DMV, which is sort of like cheating and doesn't really make the road any safer.
