yea it is thats why they dropped the case and the PIG was pissed b/c that IS harassment and car profiling and the judge went with my case so +1 for The right to California Vehicle Codes hahaa it dose not say anything for a TOO stiff suspension ONLY height.

i just put my ssqv back on, hopefully i don't get popped. would the cop send u to state ref juss cuz u have an exhaust? or would he have to find something pertaining to emissions? im sure he'll think the bov disrupts emissions, so i wouldn't want the little bov to send me to ref. so will exhaust get u sent to ref or jss fix it?

that cop had no right to start bouncing ur car up and down, total abuse of power. they know u r not gonna do anything at the moment, its 2 cops and a 'punk' in their eyes, so they feel they'll win. good thing u won in court =)

If this is harassment then I should have at least been given a tip from some of the officers I've dealt with cause I got it with no lube.

CHP pulled me over about 30min ago on my way to the Saddlerack. Apologized to em; ensured them I was not racing the 02/03 wrx which they mistook for an Evo, and I have to "spread the word that nobody better be drinking & driving". They let me go without running my info. One of the officers went around back probably to check for a 'melon shooter' muffler, but all he saw was the Borla. So keep it under four score on interstate 880 peeps 
HERE ARE THINGS TO EASE THE VIOLATION
1. PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY
2. TURN OFF YOUR VEHICLE AND PUT THE KEYS ON THE DASH.
3. TURN ON YOU DOME LIGHTS IF HOURS OF DARKNESS
4. LEAVE YOUR HANDS ON THE STEERING WHEEL WITH YOUR PALMS FACING UP! AND IF YOU HAVE PASSENGERS, HAVE THEIR PALMS FACING UP ON THEIR LAP " VERY IMPORTANT.
5. DON'T HAVE YOUR ID, REG, INSURANCE READY IN YOUR HAND. (COPS HATE IT WHEN THEY PULL YOU OVER AND YOUR MOVING AROUND ALOT BEFORE THE STOP.) HAVE IT PREPPED SOMEWHERE IT IS ACCESSABLE; SO WHEN HE ASK YOU CAN GIVE IT TO HIM/HER.
anything you can make EASIER on their end, could be easier on your end.
one more tip, if your vehicle has tinted windows, ROLL THEM DOWN!!!!!!! this is in addition to turning on the interior lights at night.
if you have an SUV and the rear window can be rolled down, roll that down too.
when the officer asks for your license and reg/insurance, make sure you tell them you are going to do some weird movements (like for me, i have to undo my seat belt, roll around to the right side and pull my wallet out of pants).
make sure you tell them, that the registration and insurance are in the glove box and you ARE ABOUT to reach over there for them...

yeah i'm sure cops can get pretty ancy when you are about to "reach over" to grab something especially in the night time. i would hate to be a cop that pulls over someone suspicious at night, and possibly having them pull a gun on me.
just explain to them in a CCT (community college tech) way what is going on with the engine / reason in l***** terms and as long as no gasses are passin' to atmosphere you should be good. Otherwise take the lawman up on his **** and go to a hearing he'll prolly be too busy with his family to deal with some BAR bull****.... but then again this is the bay
