Under Drag-Net, San Diego officers come to train other departments how to look out for what they believe to be tell-tale signs of illegal modification such as window tinting, large spoilers, extra gauges or racing stickers. Police say this gives them probable cause to stop and inspect a vehicle and its engine compartment.

exactly the reason why I am building up a 1971 Datsun 510......I can drop a friggin' blown 350 in that thing if I want and no-one can say a damn thing......

this is pretty lame, time to get a dual tip. This is all from F&F and its in So Cal so hopefully it will stay in So cal not come up here.

I bet they wouldnt pull over a modded Porsche of Mustang or something. Its only the asian cars and stuff. But hopefully this is only for SoCal and wont affect us to much considering most of the street **** happens down there. If they want to stop speeding and street racing dont pull over modified cars pull over speeders!
