Bay area: pulled over for a "modded" car or not?

Car Info: missing my STI 2006
pulled over
24 Male white
2006 STI APW gold wheels
HKS catted down pipe to DCsports Cat Back (termal coated black)
Aps 65MM CAI
Prodrive 3 port Bosst Siliniod
swift springs
protuned
30% tint all around
Euro front plate that reads 2006 STI
+others
ticket #1.pulled over for 80 in a 65 up north.. I did not even fight that
Ticket #2 Pulled over for tint and front non legal front plate. didn't write me up fot the tint and just a fix it ticket for the plate.. was a pretty cool cop and said that " I trust you will take care of the tint on your own... wink"
Just don't drive like a Jacka$$ and you will be ok..... Unless the cop in having a bad day.

just side skirts, front lip, lowered
the car is EXTREMELY loud, and runs around...low 13s high 12s
driving slow...very slow. i was getting onto the freeway and saw him before i even got on the onramp
he followed me for awhile, then pulled me over. i never did above 65.
Him: i'm pulling you over for a modified exhaust. can you pop your hood for me?
so i pop the hood.
Him: where is your engine? (dumbass)
Me: in the back
Him: oh go ahead and pop that for me
without any objections i pop the lid and he looks for 5 minutes and closes it again
Him: oh, i thought you were heavily modified with nos and everything, because your car is so loud. And you also gave gauges.
Me: oh...no...this car is just very very loud.
Him: oh okay, well sorry to trouble you miss.
they pull over cars that just LOOK and SOUND heavily modified. But they have NO idea what theyre looking at under the hood of a car. This car had some major work done to it...and he saw nada!! He wasnt doing it to be a jerk...he was nice. but that also coulda been cuz i'm a girl...of all 14 times ive been pulled over ive been let off 13 of those times...so iono...

My dad got pulled over twice when it was semi stock with only STi hoodscoop and blingy Greddy EVO 2. Cop was a ***** head. There was a Luxes I300 who was going faster but decided to pull my dad over. Only because he heard us.

6. Last but not least, all your document's should be updated and prepared when the officer ask for it unless they are in your hand already.

ah yes...smile, bat your eyelashes, and flirt. haha jk. iono...you gotta kiss ***. but smiling really does work...haha one guy even said, "you have a very pretty smile, you should smile more often." give that innocent look. i always admit to what i did and i always have everything ready right before he even gets to the car. then you play nice. have guilt in your tone...and act like you feel bad for what you just did....just...be a girl.
