Its all really speculation at this point, he might have been fully justified so there's no reason to assume anytghing. Its just the sad truth that because of one complete fiasco, the BART police will always have a stigma over their action that no other bay area police agency will have when it comes to use of lethal force

BINGO! I reload my own shells/brass and fill them with the (safest) strong charge I want them to have. Needless to say, I'll have more bang for my buck when this left wing socialist (in progress anyway) country goes belly up.
In regards to the whole "guns kill people" bull**** that every left winger like to use. Do pencils misspell words? Do cars crash themselves? No, it doesn't work that way.

2nd amendment has nothing to do with it as this is a not civilian shooter.
A LEO has to assume that if someone brandishes a weapon that they intend to use it.
Could the officer used a tazer? Maybe...
Is an officer authorized to use deadly force if threatened by a weapon: Absolutely.

If we all had these in our kitchens and less knifes...

Maybe there would be less crime. California banned them. Yet there has never been a crime reported with someone using a bmg.

I now reload my own stuff too. Much cheaper ...

my statement was in response to your line about "pull a gun on an officer and you die-" it really had nothing at all to do with this specific incident, so let me try to phrase it in a manner your primitive brain might understand: anyone who thinks they can fight tyranny with a handgun, rifle or assault weapon is going to be in for some real disappointment, because the tyrants will always have bigger firepower, get it?
and sure- call me a leftist Berkeley hippie whatever, I was shooting guns before most of you were born, and while I'm a bit out of practice, I'd still probably keep up with most of you active shooters at a round of trap or targets, but I don't think every crackpot nutcase deserves to have a gun, as evidenced in the news nearly every day, and I don't subscribe to the notion that wearing a badge automatically grants one the power of jury judge and executioner, we are supposed to be a country of laws and due process.
And if you think the UK is not the "real world" I'd suggest you are the one who needs to get out more...

Before you start calling people names, consider this:
Who said anything about tyranny... oh wait that was you... later.
This can nothing to do with gun control, no one is saying that a random passenger on BART should have shot the person themselves.
Gun control debates just don't apply to LEO related shootings.

Apparently you did not read the sentence I quoted before this line-

I am say that it was written on a piece of paper few years ago... its a building block for this country. Right to bear arms you might have heard about it?
The biggest problem in the world is not thinning the herd.. Why do we have to protect the stupid..

Ok, well with my primitive brain let me break it down for you kiddo. It seems like those across the atlantic would all be speaking german if not for OUR guns. Us primitive gun users in the military/peace officers/responsible civilians are the ones who have kept things in order. This fool died because a trained officer took action. It's easier to deal with criminals when they're dead. Then again this message won't get into your chai and goat cheese packed brain because you're too busy donating money to ACLU and wikileaks to wise up and see criminals for who they are, toxic wastes of oxygen.

lol

When are we going to start blaming the trouble markers and not the Cops or the guns. When are we going to hold the morons accountable for their actions?
Why didn't BART sue Oscar Grants parents for raising a trouble maker.. I mean if the Grants can use BART right... If Oscar had been like any other behaved person on BART.. Well we wouldnt be talking about him now would we.
