According to the Subaru flow chart you check in order:

1)Filler cap
2)Filler pipe gasket
3)Drain valve
4)Purge control solenoid
5)Pressure control solenoid
6)Evap control system line
7)Canister
8)Fuel tank

Theres also a leak detection solenoid. I would think if the O2 was giving false readings, it would trigger a CEL when the car was running because it would be reading bias rich.

I didnt know Subaru used the O2 sensor to figure out the evap system has a problem. I know some cars do but I didnt know it was this way for Subarus. I thought it was either the leak detection solenoid/fuel tank pressure sensor.

Also I dont want you to think Im arguing for the sake of arguing. Just trying to get the right information for future.

Usually stalling is from an issue with the vacuum lines. That would also explain funny idling. First thing would be to clean your MAF and to check for any obvious leaks under the hood.

it idles funny randomly tho, and this is the first time of stall...

but the cel's have been coming and going for months, would this be a seperate issue altogether?

i can clean my maf, but how do i check for 'obvious leaks'? just listen?
