So long story short, 2 and half weeks agoI traded in my Mustang at Stevens Creek Auto Imports and purchased my STi (best decision that I ever made...trading cars that is). MY LOAN ON THE MUSTANG STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID OFF BY STEVENS CREEK. I called like 20 times speaking w/ everyone from Financing to Sales Manager etc...I was hung up on twice and basically given the ....."wellllll...let me find out and I will call you back" ish. Meanwhile, I'm losing money and soon to get a late charge from my credit union (lein holder on the Mustang). Soooo I called SOA..they called Stevens Creek and 30 seconds later I got a call from the sales manager...hmmmmmm wierd huh..the check is now in the mail aparently. I'll believe it when I see it. Basically, Stevens Creek gets one of these....

sorry that you had to go through this. wish you saw other posts about stevens creek prioir to the purchase....

 

No joke...what are gonna do huh...it was convenient to get it there and they were dealing soooooo....anyway, lesson learned.

f - ers still haven't mailed me a second key. Bought my car from them and they lost my key!!!!!! only got one key when I picked up my car! I think I'm calling SOA too.

 

Convenient Enough to lose money? Convenient enough to get raped up the **** by they in parts, service, and sales?

no way man. I'd drive a 100 miles to get a car rather than drive 2 mins to Stevens Creek any day.
