when in doubt, put the stock dp back on! they can void the warranty if they can relate the problem to your downpipe any way possible. haha

ok, first i wouldn't go to stevns creek for service because of a past experiences with people. second if your still under warranty go back to stock before you go into ANY dealer...if your paying out of pocket go with one of the many great shops around here. my.02 cents, good luck

Just in case, however, I would change it back to the original stock turboback. The people overall the Stevens creek dealerships are money grubbing A$$&^*S. They voided my warranty just for having an intake. I would recommend taking it to the Capitol Subaru dealers, but after you change your subaru to stock. Hope this works...Goodluck.

Talk to your tuner first and then bring it to a performance related shop such as speedelement, gst or autohq (3 closests vendors to san jose)...I stay away from stealerships at all costs

take it to a subaru tuner shop. Gonna be less hassle, and most likely cheaper. Plus you know its honest work

Ya, don't go to the dealership. They are overpriced and notorious for blaming modifications for unrelated problems.

These guys are awesome. They did a lot for me when I bought my 05 new (r.i.p.) and traded in, i'd tell you how much I got and how much I payed but I don't know if you are at home, and if you have a second pair of underwear handy, so I will spare you. Also changed my pads under warranty, never considered hassling me for being st. 2 catless w tune, and having thunderhill sticker still on the car. I like places where I can be honest and I know they will be honest back.

You should remove the DP and go back to stock tuning (as in un-marry the Access Port) before going to any dealership.

Often times dealers will have updates for the ECM they do as part of the service campaigns. If they reflash your ECM for an update while you have custom tuning installed, your tuning is gone forever. Seen it happen a hundred times.
