Obviously there are too many variables that are either missing or have not been reported due to the trial itself. And if he did have crack on or in his body, I don't care... it does not not justify the action's of the BPD in that incident.

So it turns out that the traffic cops were killed by a 9mm pistol. both died from headshots.

The SWAT officers were both killed from headshots via an AK-47 varient (7.62x39)

I cant believe they were all headshots... Guy must have been an expert or VERY VERY lucky.

At least the slain officers didn't suffer too much with the exception of the one who didn't die instantly.


RIP to the guys that died trying to protect us and make the world a better place for us to live.

Weed IS a drug...
So it Tylenol.
So is alcohol.
So is nicotine.

Weed is like some category 5 drug, mind altering, but not addictive... weed isn't even as addictive than Alcohol or Nicotine and we all know the harmful things that come along with using those drugs, yet those are legal. I don't see drunk tanks rolling around downtown full of people who smoke weed and get out of control. I see a bunch of drunkards tossed in there. People don't smoke weed and go home and beat their wives, but alcoholics do.

The idea is as easy at Ron Paul states it in his video argument to give up the war on weed. Billions and billions of dollars goes into arrests and investigations and it still exists. He is one of the last true congressmen in the United States. His simple reasons are stated above... in addition, DUI statistics are all based on ALCOHOL and driving, not being high and driving. I mean there is MADD that was invented just because of people who drink and drive. You dont have a Mothers Against High Driving.

The only reason why Weed is illegal and still considered a narcotic is because the United States government doesn't get a piece of the pie. If they just plainly dominated the market and allowed for those stores to exist and got a piece they wouldn't care. Take Methadone for Heroin. Still addictive, but the government doesn't complain when they are getting money from insurance companies for users to keep going back.

Take prostitution for example. Most people consent to having sex (besides rape) it's mutual. Wife to husband, girlfriend boyfriend, some fun fling... the only difference that creates illegality is the passing of funds from one person to another for a service. When money isn't taxed, the government calls it illegal. =P (under the table) and that's why they're all **** about it.
