WOW alot of people are hating (I understand, but I have no kids). I live by a street like that. where you can drive way faster than the limit safely. Hella strait and long, nothing around. Oh no your going too fast. op:I don't know if your a skilled driver or not (counts for alot). If there is no schools or houses...I say drive it as fast as you can safely. <this is what im about

It's not about going over the speed limit. it's about doing over twice the posted limit, in a commercial area, getting caught, and then trying to downplay, and not take responsibility for it. Take your lumps and be thankful you, or others, aren't dead for your actions.

I dont understand what that means. People keep telling the guy to just go in plead guilty and let the judge decide what to do with him. How is that smart? I understand he made a mistake but no one was hurt and he'll certainly learn from this mistake if he values his time and money (lawyer fees/fines/penalties/insurance/traffic school)
