People have been getting screwed with by cops as long as I have been in the automotive scene especially imports. I used to be a regular attendee and a rare participant in the 90s at the In n Out races until all the laws started changing.

If you drive a car with a roll cage, loud exhaust, rims and a big wing I dont care if you're a Honda, Datsun, Mustang, Posche or a Suby, you're getting profiled.
Hmm weird... I have a HUGE exhaust, Brightly painted Gold roll cage, Full wide body kit and a HUGE spoiler but I have only been pulled over once since getting my car out of the body shop and that was well over a year ago.. I got pulled over more when all I had was an exhaust lowered and wheels...

ok. I'll play along. Then that was simply my way of saying no you don't need a lawyer. You need to be a man and own up to what you did.

and I'm out.

As a former BMW owner and new Subaru owner it's funny reading what retards post in this thread. Half of the clowns in here drive spirited and will race another car on the freeway/street if provoked. OP i feel for you it sucks but you did get caught and you do have to pay the price to play...sometimes including tax.

I think the cop gave me a break because I was on my way home from work at like 3am on a weeknight, got nailed in Danville on 680. Cop had his lights off and was parked in the shoulder, no other cars in sight either direction. I wasn't driving recklessly or anything, just was driving faster than I should have been. I was really respectful and tried to make it as least memorable for him as possible. Whole thing took like 10mins, which was one of the fastest tickets I've ever been written. Cop was really cool too, you can tell he nabs a lot of people in that spot. It's so wide open, and no real traffic that late.

I have a court date on the 12th of Jan. I hope I don't get *** raped too hard.

Gotta pay to play, lesson learned big time.
I remember you telling me about this. I got a ticket there the first week I moved to Dublin; they always hide in that area somewhere, NB or SB. I remember that the court was in WC, and he will very likely show up. On a side note, no need to be punctual there since they will line up all the illegals/Spanish-speakers first and go through all of their matters first, before they go through anyone else's. Good luck dude.

I've used my lawyer a couple of times to dumb down charges. Guess it makes me a woman! It would've been so much manlier for me to spend a year in county instead.

You're profiled in any modded car bro. They're not going "oh **** there is a lowered subaru w/exhaust, im gonna trail him till he breaks the law".
