Good old I-club.
For the OP. My 0.02, don't post on this thread anymore. Let it run it's course, let it go. You where speeding, you got caught, done. Don't post stuff like that anymore. Fourms thrive off crap like this unfortunately. There's more posting and traffic in here than the "show and shine" threads or DIY threads. Don't try to redeem yourself because these people see you as a young kid braking laws and already made their mind up on that. Sit back, post on another thread later on

lol, this thread is an embarrassment to this community. on another note, has anyone ever steamed cleaned their interior and seats? if so, did you use a solution/soap in the process? my seats are filthy and would love some info from anyone who has done it themselves. in return: the truth.
wow, so you were also lying about going 70mph, he has you down for 75+ meaning if he wrote it any higher he would have had to have taken you in for sure, again he was either in a rush or giving you guys one huge break, either way you're going to look like a complete *** trying to fight this in front of a judge with the cop there, and keep in mind "Speed Contest" doesnt only mean illegal drag racing.
And yeah thats the road where virgin america is (that picture posted is looking straight at it) Im on that road all the time, its def not a deserted backroad, theres a ton of businesses and all the airport hotels on there that are busy 7 days a week.
And as far as everyone here flaming you, its not just because you were speeding, its because everyone here with a WRX or STi gets harassed by police all the time while doing nothing simply because of the crap like this that guys like you do. You are basically making everyone heres life a little bit harder with this, then have the ***** to ask for our help/advice, so yeah, thats going to rub some of us the wrong way.
Anyhow, like I said earlier, count your blessings, pay your dues, learn your lesson, and move on.

I wouldn't exactly say that though..

You're right. In fact, I'll admit right here that I speed all the time. At least 50 freeway miles per day I do at 75-80, moving with the flow of traffic, when the limit is actually 65.
80/65=1.23
I go 123% of the prescribed speed limit. Yes, I'm an ******* too. I get it. I bet everyone else on this forum does the same thing too and would freely admit it. You got popped at 70mph in a 35, lets see how the arithmetic works out on that:
70/35=2, that's 200% of the posted speed limit.
If we do and additive comparison we would need to be going 100mph. In order for us to match the ratio of your *******ry we would need to be doing 130mph.
So yes, we all speed, we are all *******s... You are king of the *******s.

2012 has been a great year so far. Me and my buddies were driving to take some photoshoots of our cars. While driving there, I was pulled over by the cops and got cited with a(speed contest) - racing. This is what happened. I was behind my buddies car, and I was trying to get in front of him so i can lead the way. But there was a car to the left of me, so i sped up in order to cut in front of him. The cop was atleast 500 feet away. behind two cars when i saw his lights turned off. He pulled my friend over and said that we were racing but the truth is that we were both just above speed level. I had no intention of racing and i was wondering if anyone can help me out. I am looking for an attorney around the bay area that can help me fight this citation. I need someone that is affordable and at the same time have experience in this situation. Thanks a bunch guys
