I-club has rapidly gone downhill since Alex lost interest then sold it. With the current system it goes down more than ever and the new rules have lead to this moderation issue along with the inconsistent moderation.
Then add in a rapid growth in new people that think they know all and you've got a disaster on your hands.

Normally I, like many other mods, do not give a flying **** whether or not someone circumvents the swear filter. The differences this time were twofold.
a) People reported the post, and were offended by the image. If someone (or more than one) had reported that post you brought up, I would have probably given a warning.
b) Saying "**** you" is one thing, a saying a racial slur is another. It is a lot more offensive and hurtful to more people. Of course there are people who will be offended if I tell you to go **** yourself, but those people have not voiced their concerns. Racial slurs are generally more offensive.
