Sorry man, he might be a douch ( Tom Cruise is a good example, Great actor Horrible person but still makes great movies) but he makes innovative music and seems to get great reviews. Rolling Stones doesn't gibe 5 stars to just everyone. He is an artist that seems to get better with every passing year and CD. That is rarely seen today in music.

1. The ports were unaffected by this entire incident. The Navy brought in TWO amphibious cruisers without any trouble and the levee breaks were on the opposite side of the city.
2. You clearly have no concept of military logistics. This becomes evident when you speak of the sandbags. Those have to be inserted by helo. and they COULD NOT fly until the winds lessened. Secondly, the "Tiger Brigade" (Lousiana NG 256th BDE) got back this week from Iraq but regardless would have been NMC (not mission capable) because they are an Infantry and Armor brigade which would have been of ZERO assistance as their equipment is rendered useless in saturated areas not to mention domestic, civilian occupied areas. 30 tons Abrams tanks destroy paved highways and Bradley Fighting Vehicles would have filled with water.
3. Louisiana's governor (Blanco) is refusing to allow NG states assisting in the disaster to be federalized which means they are not under the Presidents control, they are under there home states Governor's control. I will not debate her reasoning in THIS POST until it is needed.

ugh i had this conversation with a couple of black co-workers....they have the same victim mentality as kanye west, believing that theyre the victims of racism and that bush is making the guards/cops shoot black people only, forcing them to drop their stolen goods like tv, stereos, other stupid material goods NOT needed in a faking disaster like that. the black co-workers were obviously against me saying i dont know what its like, they have the right to steal that stuff blah blah blah typical ghetto thug wannabe bullsh1t....my argument was...stealing a tv isnt going to save your life, if youre going to loot...steal some damn necessities like food, water, maybe a jacket or whatever you may need to LIVE not a damn plasma tv...where the f'ing hell ru going to plug in a damn tv!??!!! but hey what does this white boy from california know huh?
