don't you need to be a US citizen to vote?
when you become a US citizen, do they teach the classes in other languages? Don't you have to learn a bit of english as it is to pass the class and take the pledge?
if you are going to vote in our state, you should at least be able to speak and understand enough of the language that is official for the state?

CA is ****ed, california is doomed. We have a state that obviously took advantage of how money works from the Fed. IE State of california = drunkards, Fed = Supplier of alcohol. The Fed (obviously knowing we're gonna take advantage of the system) is actually baiting All americans to do it, and therefore destroy us and control us when the time comes.
It's very simple logic, the way this debt works. The more money you have, the more in debt you are UNLESS, you invest in other stocks over seas or gold. That might be the only thing saving you.
