Question What's your diagnosis

I have an 04 WRX wagon. Lately, I've been hearing these woobling sounds when I turn my steering wheel in either direction. Even the slightest move of the steering wheel in either direction, I hear the sound. It sounds most prominant when I'm taking hard corners.

Some say it could be my struts or ball joints, or my tires need to be balanced. I don't feel any vibrations in the steering wheel or any difficulty turning the wheel...

Anyone have any ideas???
