tires rubing rear fender

Im kinda in a bind. I put 17x7 rims w/45 series tires on my 95L 2wd. And my fenders rub my tires. and my tires are not cheep and i already think im gona have to replace one come show season.
So what is the problem. My struts or should i get a performance swaybar to eliminate body role. I only have about 1.5 inces of gap between the tire and fender and the car is at stock hight.
I want to put in the rear out of a outback to get the brakes and all. Will a swaybar for my car swop over to the outback rear???

Way to prevent rub are stiffer suspension, cutting/rolling fender and slightly more camber(not sure about this one).
I don't think a sway bar will do enough to prevent rub. Only the rear ever rubs for me, and i have plenty of rear stiffening stuff.
Before I had 225/45 17 at stock height. They rubbed. i cut one fender but they rubber on both sides. I ended up destorying 2 tires. So i learned my lesson... for now.
Most likely you will need to revise your setup for more travel and get stiffer springs and struts.
I hope this helps.
