The composition of the pads is biased towards performance over asthetics and longecity. They will dust more, and not last as long compared to pads intended for vehicles with much less performance potential. The only suggestion I have for you is anthracite wheels or frequent wipings with glass cleaner and paper towels (works for me anyway).

Well, my SSRs are anthracite but the 4 pots just make it dark and dull....
