got same noises on 3 on my used sti spt coilovrers n thought it was my spring not seated properly in the tophat, that's most likely your problem but does anyone know what mine is? There's no rubber between the springs n the tophats

I get a clunk in the right front after I take my 08 2.5i wagon out of park. It only emits the noise once after a few feet and then nothing.

Has done this since I got two months ago but nothing on a continuous driven occasion. Just when I take it out of park...

I had the infamous clunk on my right as well with Helix Coilovers. I checked it out the other day and it was the way it was seated along with the spring was rotating when turning thanks to them being lose. I had to readjust (preload I think they call it) and the noise went away with no issue. Make sure they are nice and tight!
