i was just wondering if getting a aftermarket exhaust system void the warranty of the vehicle

and also would getting front mounted intercooler conversion kit void the warrantly of the vehicle

i really dont like having that hood scoop on top of the hood. heck the benz symbol on mercedes annoys me

 

Aftermarket anything has the potential to void your powertrain warranty. Depends on the dealership, and if they feel the mods raised the power of your car past its designated limits.

A front mount will most likely void your warranty, whereas you might be able to argue with an upgraded top mount and exhaust.

 

Exactly, it depends on the dealership. You also have a better chance of getting away w/ it if you are upgrading to another OEM subaru part.

 

You won't get much hassle with just a cat-back because it doesn't replace any of the cats and doesn't increase power that much. But anything more than that you could be asking for trouble...

 

the hood scoop is very annoying to me, hell, the benz symbol on the hood of a mercedes is annoying.

i was wondering, if getting a front mounted intercooler kit void engine warranty??... if any it will be helping the engine with the cooler chargesf

Well... they pretty much answered your question from your other post. But, count on your warranty being denied/voided. Any aftermarket parts are potential to car dealers, so if you're worried about that, then don't do it. Otherwise, you're most likely be denied if they see something non-OEM. Plain and simple!
