ask your dealer directly. they may offer those items in their service dept. if they do the work it may not effect the warranty. my dealer offered cold air intake, STI intercooler and exhaust the day i took delivery...no risk.

The catback exhaust definitely won't hurt anything, even if they say it will. The BOV is borderline because of the super-rich conditions it creates during shifts and lift-throttle. It's still not a "performance modification" and puts no added stress on the powertrain.
if something breaks, they have to prove to you that those mods directly affected the broken part(s). so in other words, if those mods didnt cause the part(s) to break, they will probably say it was due to user abuse : ) if you're that worried about it, you can pull off the BOV and put the stock back on if something does go wrong. a catback wont affect anything except the noise level.
"With the blow off valve you are voiding the warranty on the turbo and related parts and with the catback you are voiding anything related to exaust. " -Service manager at Livermore Subaru. Cheers.
