Taking Car to Dealer Question
So i've never taken my sti to the dealer for the oil change...but i just got a letter (their ads) to bring the car down and of course get an oil change...what im just trying to figure out is
1. does it matter if i take it in with my exhaust? (silencer on/off)
2. im about to hit the 13,000 miles on the car...does it matter if ive never taken it in?
3. i installed the spt intake myself...will they say something about that?
and lastly...
4. i hit a brick on the freeway and bent my rim...i made it look good again but will they try to use it against me?
thx a lot guys...ive had this question on my head for months and hope u guys can help me out...thx...
edit: lol sry i have changed the oil before but just not with subaru...so dont think i havent changed the oil at all...thx...

Are they offering the oil change for free, or just looking for your business? As long as you are following the proper maintenance schedule while doing the work on your own, and keep full documentation, you are fine with warranty and there is no need to have it serviced at the dealer.
