Question about taking car in (for maintenance service)

My 05 is approaching 20K miles and I was wondering if I should take it in to Subaru for a check up. Aren't you supposed to do this every so often...? Car runs fine, except for a little humming noise from the front at about 30-31 mph. The only problem is I would have to take my sways/links, and my exhaust off. AND I had to replace a couple bolts from underneath.... Also have a Bosal up pipe. Cuz after this I wana put on my DP and get Cobb AP !!!! any advice my peeps?

You should maintain your Subaru to the manufacturer's recommendations. Your Owner's Manual should also include supplemental materials pertaining to scheduled maintenance.

Every dealer is different as far as mild mods are concerned. It isn't a problem unless you have a warranty issue and the dealer determines that the failure was due to the modified or replacement parts you've installed.

don't hesitate, its better to have a good relationship with your dealer. properly scheduled maintenance is the best thing for you Subaru. if you take it to the dealer regularly and, you do have an honest warranty concern they should overlook you aftermarket parts. they should not penalize you because you like to drive your performance car aggressively. an oil change is 30-40 bucks, you cant beat that if you bought all the parts yourself. if anyone has any questions about dealership work please feel free to pm me.
