Hi all,
Returning member from a few years ago and in need of help.
Here is the deal. Car is a 2001 2.5RS. My wife was on a road trip, and after filling up the tank the car started missing and cutting out when going up hill or hard on the gas. Engine light goes on. Was hopeful it was a bad tank of gas. On new tank of gas problem persisted. Thought I would clear the engine light by disconnecting the battery. Upon re connecting the battery, parking lights and dashboard lights flash on and off and I can hear a relay clicking in the dash board. When headlights are on it does not flash. Missing and cut is now worse and sometimes it feels like it is not firing on all cylinders. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Is there a reset, clear engine light procedure?
