Fender bump - should I be worried?

My coworker backed into my 2 week old 04 WRX wagon while leaving work. If you looking at the rear end there is a scuff on the bumper to the right of the license plate section. Part of the scuff there is two black gouges that go from left to right since he hit me at a angle. The gouges are like 3-5 inchs long and go deaper then the paint to show black.
I looked for cracks which there are none, I pulled the spare tire out and there is nothing in that area to show damage. The exhaust tips and piping look fine and looking under the car there appears to be no damager like one side being pushed in. I also checked the gaping between the bumper and body and it seems to be the same from left to right.
I drove the car home which is stop and go rush hour traffic and the car drove fine. It didnt pulll left or right and I couldnt feel or hear any issues.
I just started this job like 1 1/2 months ago and this guy has been the coolest with making me fit in and making sure I get questions answered. With that in mind should I get his insurance and have it checked out or should I just make him buy me some touch up paint and do a quick touch up?
My car is daily driver I dont really care about little scraps especially since its on the bumer where it will not rust. Im just scared that there might be more wrong then I can see and it will come back and snip me in the butt.
What do you guys think? Will a 04 WRX or STI sedan rear bumper fit on wagon?
Thanks all!!!

Edit:
Well I just went to the Scooby dealer(waited tell it closed) and got under another 04 wagon to check distance on the some things. I would say nothing seems to be out of sync on my car vs another.
Either way I am still said my new girl has a scratch on her
