30K maintenance
My car just hit 30,000 miles and i was wondering what type of maintenance was requried, i dont really want to take it to the dealer they charge a lot. I know about changing tranny and rear dif fluid is there anything thing else that is needed?

Check your manual for the required maintenance at 30K.
It is technically the first major maintenance for your car and it includes a whole lot of checking and changing fluids that you could do a lot of it yourself.

had my 30K done today... all i have to say is get a small loan...
almost $400 for the service here in Roanoke, VA

Nicad spark plugs are good for 60k miles. Even most dealer parts departments will tell you that. That was probably where 150 or more bucks was added. They get around $75.00 for the plugs, & a couple hours labor.
