How long did your 30k maintenance take?

Gonna be taking my suby to Santa Cruz Subaru soon, and was wondering what to expect timewise. Also, what's around Santa Cruz Subaru in walking distance?

I went on a Saturday a couple of weekends ago. I dropped it off at 8:30 and they tried to get it done by 2:00 but I didn't get out of there until 4:30 so count on the entire day to be safe.

If you bought your car from them, they'll give you a free rental.

I was in and out of there by 2 after dropping it off at 8 this morning. Since I'd already done my own oil change and tire rotation it didn't take as long plus I saved about $100 ;-).

I took my car to Alan Rice Automotive for the 15K, and LIC for the 30K.

Subaru of Santa Cruz has great service, but they get booked up quickly I think and their mechanics take their time.

FYI Santa Cruz performs a 30k service when you come in for a 15k service as well, so if you have them do your scheduled maintenance, you get a 30k service at both 15k and 30k.
