Break in period for STI

Anyone know what the official break in period and steps are?

Car Info: Honda S2000

1000 miles and vary rpm, no full throttle. If you do a search there might be more detail, but that's what I have gathered so far.

I'm gonna go 1000 on mine to give the entire drivetrain and brakes to break in.

Take it very easy on the brakes. Sudden stopping is a no no. Don't wash the car when the brakes are hot.

Also, do not leave your foot on the brake pedal at a long red light. Use the e-brake instead. Leaving your foot on the brake pedal with new high performance brakes can potentially (unlikely as it may be) cause warpage. The problem is that the clamped part of the brake rotor does not cool as quickly as the rest. Uneven cooling CAN lead to warpage.
