Break-in period

Should I wait until my WRX is broken in before adding Stage 1 mods? I think a BOV can only help no matter the mileage but I'm not sure about exhaust & intake.

I would definitely get the car broken in before changing anything, but based on what I've read both here and at NASIOC, and Intake won't give you much (if any) increase until ~ 300+hp.
