Car has 52k miles. I just went from Royal Purple 5-20w to Mobil 1 10-30w and its still eating oil. I would upgrade to VF34 but if its not the turbo won't it make the the problem even worse?

I'm going to replace the hole on the timing belt cover too.

It can't be blow by, it's way to much oil. What oil heater? Who makes cam gears for WRX's?

Thanks guys, I realllllllllllllllllllllly hope its the turbo at the most

well if your car is still in pieces pull the downpipe and see what's in it. If there is oil inside it, turbo seals went bad. Don't worry tho, ihi turbo are POS and are not that expensive to replace since its a bushing turbo.

If you check your oil and its very syrup like, head gasket imo, this has happened to me before.

Is your oil return line sealed, same with all the breather hoses? Are the heads bolted down all the way?

Only people who I've see that makes upgrades for the plastic cam gears is JUN.

Thanks Life, I'll try that. I did an oil change about 1k miles ago. I'll check that oil.
