It tells you exactly what cell you're in in the UTEC when you make changes.
You can't make changes offline then upload the maps, without special software. If you just change it in a text editor, there will be a checksum error when you try to upload.
Map load point is across the top (0%, 10%, 20%, etc...)
RPM is from top to bottom, starting at 0 (but you cannot change 0 and 250 RPM when editing maps in the UTEC, these will always show zeros at all Map Load Points.)

yep look at your fuel map on the utec and read the column and row headers.. that should help you begin to make sence of these...... basically to read the map look at the numbers they are an offset of fuel in an arbitrary unit... 1.5 units more than the stock ecu would supply or .6 more than the stock ecu would supply at that point.. the can also be negative to reduce fuel from the stock settings... also you may want to check out wrxhackers.com they have great utec information there.

I'm just going to repeat whats been said in my own words.
When you are adjusting the FUEL MAP, and IGNITION MAP, the 0-100% scale on the top of the screen uses the MAP sensor to detect boost pressure. The default boost range when you get your UTEC is 0-18psi. So between 0 and 100% 18psi is split up get it?
So as your boost pressure increases your MLP will change based on rpm, and boost pressure.
The easiest way to know where to make changes to the map, is to datalog in logger 1 and look under the MLP column and it will show you what MLP you are using.
The values in the fuel map, are pecentages. They manipulate the MAF sensor voltage which in turn determines how much fuel the car will use. Positive numbers in the fuel map will increase the MAF voltage by the percentage inserted. Negative values will decrease the voltage, thus leaning the car out.
eg. -1.6, or 1.6 in the fuel map.
