Seems like this baseline was done when the car was new/ 2 years ago Right. And Paul said since then he adjusted the dyno to read higher then a few of the other mustang dyno's around. This would explain the big gain?

i think hes using the same roller weight as GST and FLI?

Actually, the the dyno was reading higher before I got it.
Using information from GST & FLI, the Equivilant Weight value has been adjusted down; Stock 2.0 litre WRX now puts down about 165whp.
