I'm paid up for the Trackmasters Reno-Fernley weekend. Should be signed up for the Audi Club event there soon as well.

No you don't. The novice/beginner group will probably seem slow to you by the end of the day. Audi club events are actually tailored to best suit beginners and first timers.

So, I'm much too lazy to search for the answer to this...

What is the trackmasters' policy for riders? Is there ride-alongs allowed? is there a fee?

Ride alongs are allowed. I've taken Terri with me to the last two events. There is no cost unless your guests want lunch.

Trackmasters Reno/Fernley was a good time.

The surface out there was a little rough from winter. There were a lot of killer cars there. The Subarus were very fast. Some of us had a little trouble with people holding us up by not letting us pass easily in the straight while we dominated them in every corner, but that eventually got sorted out. Some people were not happy with thier brakes. Even after much bleeding and flushing they did not get a good realiable setup working for them.

No major car breaking problems, except my upper radiator hose got a small hole in it that leaked so I had to call it a day after one session sunday morning, but I was fast that session!

OKay, so are you guys planning on attending the Thunderhill Event on July 29th? I think that might be a cool birthday present for myself.
