Tax Advisor recommendations please

i'm looking for a tax advisor, i need to adjust my monthly withholdings to maximize monthly income / minimize return. any of you who have dealt with one that you like, please let me know who they are.

i get a w-2 from my employer and i file a 1040.

Not that I claim to be any sort of an expert but how many exemptions do you claim?

Recently I have been wondering the same thing for my work.

currently i'm claiming married 1, and my wife is claiming married 0. i'd like to adjust them so we get bigger paychecks each month and less of a return at teh end of the year.
