When - today around 7:25am
Where - 80 W Northgate/Truxel area
Who - hell if I know
What - WRB bugeye WRX with carmax decal (and licens plate frame I think) and what looked like part of the Subaru rally logo under the keyhole.

He waved, I waved and as soon as an opening in traffic (2 lanes to the right) was available I returned to my normal cruising speed of 85-90mph for about 1/4 mile before I hit yet another bottleneck.

And then there was this dumb *** motorcyclist who was too much of a pu$$y to split the lanes but sure as hell thought he was hot **** when the lane to the right opened up and he slowly accelerated away as if his wrist was too sore to rip the throttle open because he was giving hand jobs to hamsters the night before. Seriously though, you know the dude is a homo when his riding outfit matches the bike but he is afraid to ride the ****. Or perhape he found the right speed at which the harmonics of the engine and exhaust are just right to make his pants happy much like his father did throughout his childhood.

When it specifies it can't exceed 95 dbA, what distance is that measured from, and at what RPM? I think I have a decibal reader around if anyone ever wants to check the actual measurement.

My understanding is that the measurement is from 50 ft (behind the vehicle), with the engine unloaded, at 3500rpm.

I was told that the exhaust can't be louder than the old Harley's used by city police. And I don't know, cuz when they get on it, its loud.

Wow, I am impressed. Your poor excuse for a paragraph actually made the vehicle code verbage seem easy to understand...
