Silver bugeye w/ black hood on Auburn Blvd this morning around 10am, chased me on the 80 EB on-ramp, and exited on Eureka. Driver had neck and arm tattoos but never got a wave, deuces or even a look. All I got was a honda fly-by on the freeway after merging into traffic.
I did learn that I'm turning off ASC next time when taking that on-ramp. First turn in, no power, meh.
