I saw a white bugeye with gold wheels on e80 in vacaville, I waved but he ignored me, maybe my car looks too stock

Two STi sighting within 2 minutes of eachother.
1st one was a WRB STi with HKS Carbon/Ti exhaust, heading South-East on 65 at 2:37.
2nd one was a CGM STi with red brake pads, or something red on the rotors also heading South-East on 65 at 2:39.
I was trying to get both there attention but its kinda hard from across the highway heading the other direction.
