I sure hope they use the money they generate to help reduce their reaction time from 110 minutes to 60 minutes on citizen calls.

It isn't going to make anyone miserable, it will just give someone a $25 fee to prove your car isn't modded.

The angle that needs to be pressed here is that old white guys in muscle cars, and old white guys on harleys aren't going to be getting tickets, it will be young minorities in import cars. I hate to play the race card, but in this case that is the way it is going to go and it is wrong. But that is all part of the package when we elect officials that don't care about civil rights.

I'm gonna be pissed if I start getting pulled over all the time, because of my spoiler, tint and stickers. I'll bet they hood scope will get thrown into the generalization. Next thing you know they're gonna outlaw the registration of STi's and Evo, because they look illegal. Car prejusdices! Oye.
