Yes, I can confirm that they capscrew size is 8mm. There may be a slight rust buildup in the brake rotor threaded holes so I sprayed a short burst of silicone spray (WD-40 will work) into the holes before starting the screws into the the holes by hand. I used two capscrews to push the rotor off evenly and easily. Once you start cranking on those screws, the rotor slips off so easily without drama.

If you suspect rust may be an issue, it wouldn't hurt to hit those bolts with generous amount of WD-40 and let it penetrate overnight before you start the job.

You know what else it worked well on, and I never thought this would be the case, exhaust hangers! I was wrestling with my stock axleback for 20 minutes before a shot or two of the PB and it slid right out (and back in).

I then proceeded to show the can to my GF with a wink and she just rolled her eyes...

I used motor oil to loosen my exhaust hangers.

Don't forget to release the parking brake if you're doing the rears... or you'll be cranking on those hat bolts for days and never get the rotor off.

I learned that by watching Kevin.

...and Nick's right... the bolt issue was you're fault... you broke it off in there, right. It took like 10 minutes of drilling and pounding w/ a screw driver and hammer to get that lil bastard out!
