Looking to buy a new Subie
the bugeyes are basically TR's before there ever were TR's... the interiors are nearly identical, just different upholstery and minor styling changes to the dash ETC ETC..basically the same

I know it's easy for people to get swayed by $2k and to try and play it off like the ugly interior and sucky AC isn't a big deal, but to me it is. In Vladis case, he already had the STI interior he swapped in so that worked out well, but if you didn't have the STI interior you're still looking at having to drop $700-$1000 or more out of pocket (or on a credit card at a high interest rate, which would make me laugh at you) to get a decent looking interior in there.
thats true, but theres always going to be something on any given car that someone is not going to like.. its just a base model, just like any other car manufacturer, thats how i like to think of it

One of the main things I dislike about the TR is the lack of sideskirts. I think they should have included the sideskirts and just left them unpainted.

I would have liked the seats, painted mirrors, and skirts but it wasnt worth 2k to me.

I thought the only difference was the seats as far as the interior goes, is there more that is different?

Thanks for the convenient link. lol. :-)
The only differences that I found for the interior were the leather wrapped parking brake handle, the CD player, the auto AC, and the head portion of the seats.
Do they use a different grade of cloth for the interior on the TR?
***WHoops....no intention of thread jacking....lol
