i agree with alex...they made a pricing mistake like most businesses do at one point or another. there's no need to nail them to the wall for that, especially preston, who just started working there not too long ago. gary showed good faith in the price compromise too.

I realize that $220 is a GREAT price and I appreciate you making a compromise and offering to taking a hit on this deal.

I feel kinda silly for passing this deal up, but I just want to get it behind me.

I just wanted to say that I have had nothing but awesome experience dealing with you guys in the past, and have no doubt I will deal with you again in the future.

It's unfortunate there was a misunderstanding this time.

Please tell me how this is "nailing them to the wall" or "trying to pull a fast one".

What I think ryball is trying to say is that Gruppe-s advertised the wing at that price. (which we now know that they could get that wing for that price) It maybe from a different vendor but still, it could be done.

Just to clarify, the older thread for the wing is from a different manufacturer. That one is made in China, and has some cracking issues on the edges. If you guys want that one for $140, I'll do even better, I can do $125, but we don't carry them anymore due to warranty issues, so they'll be like a 3 month wait.

The ones we now get are from Taiwan, and we haven't had any problems with these.

If you guys are ready to order, please e-mail me personally, gary@gruppe-s.com, and I'll get things sorted out. Please include your phone number. Thanks,

I'm not trying to "nail the vendor" nor is ryball. If any of us really wanted to get the vendor or pull a "fast one", we would have contacted the BBB and gotten more serious but we didn't. I really don't feel like fighting for a wing I no longer want. The parties involved have spoken with gruppe-s in someway and have come to some conclusion. I was just upset that the price changed after those confirmations.

That's not the same item. The one Gary offered you for $125 is the old style, lower quality one, as he made clear. I htink it's time to let this one go guys- there's nothing new left to be said by anybody.

I agree with you ban suvs. I got over this awhile ago. I think most of us already got over it. ( I hope) I was just trying to say that in no way any of us tried to "pull a fast one" on gruppe-s. That's it.
Feel free to close this thread.

Thanks
