Just a heads up. I saw about a dozen CHP on NB99 this morning between Elk Grove and 50.

Couldn't tell exactly how many there were because they kept leapfrogging each other. They were pulling over SO many people.

i saw two people get pulled over today by chp on bikes. 1 on 50 east near bradshaw the other on bus 80 near fulton

Traffic was crazy, too because all the retards had to go 30mph past the CHP that was pulled over ticketing someone.

Why do people have to do this? Some asshat in a clapped out ricer Accord slammed on his brakes to stare at the CHP while I was driving behind him...
