chp looking for speeders

I saw alot of chp and sacramento county cops out on saturday night citrus heights area. more than usual. Arnold's answer to the california budget crises, ticket more people for speeding.

I counted 6 chp writing tickets on 101s on my way to work this morning. And 3 more on my return trip. Something is definitely up.

on sunrise, greenback, and madison. 5 of them at a gas station questioning a guy on the corner of greenback and sunrise. There were a huge amout of teenagers at the crispy creme doing burnouts.

i think if the chp gets more tickets for speeding it would mean more federal funding for roads. could also be because of the deaths there have been because of high speeding lately.

We had a meet at that krispy cream once... Two cops were there before we even got there, luckly nothing happened probably cause they didnt expect a bunch of normal looking non-teenagers to get out of the cars! LOL!

Anyway, avoid that area like the plague during the night...
