To quote the a portion from the second link: The traditionally accepted story is that in the California Prison System, Surenos and Nortenos had a schism. They allegedly got along at first, even though the geographical differences were always known. The Surenos, wich were much bigger than the Nortenos, disliked them and picked on them. Also, this thread was never supposed to be a Socal vs. Norcal discussion; if you look at the title, this thread was for SOCAL people to talk about what they hated about Norcal. This thread was not supposed to be "fun" for Norcal-ers. In fact, if it wasn't for Zoeb's bay area link to this thread, most Norcal people would never have know about.

p.s. "prepubecent" is spelled prepubescent. You know you keep leaving yourself open

p.p.s. How do you know NLs don't like UCLA because of its location? If you do some research, you would know that there is a large amount of NLs (both in the private and public sectors) in Socal simply because of the beautiful weather.

lOO lOO, since my Sorcal brethren have welcomed you when you were down in a civilized land, I too courteously invite you to attend the meet. And BIG correction here, I hate NORCAL, NOT Norcal-ers; unless you happen to shove it into my face about how "superior" Norcal is to Socal(e.g. at a Dodger-Giants game at SBC). I have nothing against Norcal-ers themselves, hence the meet.
