. Thank you, it's still making progress, just not as quickly as one would hope. Had Long weekend of racing in AZ, found a few more things to sort out. I'll post pictures soon.
Just installed cusco motor and trans. Mounts, really like them after a brief test drive. Also picked up a larger, more efficient top mount intercooler. Need to get some larger fuel injectors as well as a beatrush pitch stop mount. Trying to get Goodspeed to open their dyno the Friday after turkey day so I can retune before track day that Saturday.
omG!!
your car is so... lovely, beautiful, and sounds very nice.
i love the vid of going under the overpass, twice.
that was classic.
enough say, your car looks very clean, and shifting at 8rpm.. ffck; cant beat that one.

Thanks!, that's one of the many reasons I chose the JDM drivetrain, It's nice to rev out while other people have to short-shift.
Bled the brakes and drove up and down the PCH for about an hour, car's running great now!
Here's some pictures from the test fit

Don't know if I'll be able to re-tune it before next track day though.

Super clean, I remember seeing this thread when you were just getting it running after the drivetrain swap. time to lighten it up and wire tuck the bay!
out at infenion this weekend with GST's G-Stig, love the GC8's.

If I can ever get enough free time, a wire tuck would be nice. already have a few more items in the works for weight reduction.
Just installed a flat plastic fuel door, that's a lil' bit of weight reduction!

I'd also like to get a Lithium-ion battery.
I was going to try and make it out to the track today but I didn't think my Wife would like that too much.

Look like I should be able to retune it before next track day; I decided against the larger top mount for now; maybe once I get a larger turbo.
I'm going to get some ID 750 fuel injectors, and make 2 91 oct. maps, and one for 100 oct.
Spent a couple nights in Los Angeles to help with a street racing scene in a movie, had a great time, even though it was kinda cold. 'Born To Race' is going to be the name of the movie, should be available early next year.

Here's a 370Z I raced

Bisi was there with his 700+ HP Civic, car is legit.

I'm ready for my close-up!

My cars' almost ready for redline, just need to do a few little things.
I've installed the beatrush pitch stop, nice addition.
I'll post pictures soon.
I have a new set of track wheels on the way; just need to get some tires to mount on them.
Also have an authentic S201 spoiler on the way; going to slap it on an old 22b trunk James has lying around. I also plan on getting a ver. 6 front grill. I have some extra paint; I figure I might as well get a few parts that need to be painted to use it up.
I also need to get grey levers for the flat plastic fuel door I had color matched and installed.

I picked up the Grey trunk release lever, so now my flat fuel door project is 100% complete. Looks and works great. I bought the same paint so it's a perfect color match.

Took a few quick shots off the PCH on the way home today from the dealership, it was great driving weather today.

Oh, and I embarrassed some guy in his convertible gallardo trying to keep up with me on the backroads.
Should be getting the injectors on Wed.; then Friday for a re-tune before track day on Sat. at PIR. Should be a fun weekend.
