Thanks folks.
Finally at the last minute managed to make it to the track for a couple of passes where Mark (MarkSTI) was kind enough to run the car for me (on a minutes notice!).
I attached a brief video, shame the 2nd run blew the IC hose off and jammed the steering column (sorry Mark!) or it might have ran a little more.

i dont want this to be taken the wrong way, cuz that is a very impressive WRX, and I havent really seen any ever run like that but...
with ur "rough esitmate" that added up to be about $27K which is pretty much the same as the cost of a new WRX.
how much more cost effective would it have been to just go with an STi? How much would u/he have saved by just going with an STi to begin with?
p.s. I love the car, good job with it, very impressive.
