Yea it's been a time consuming build up but apart from a poor silicone gasket issue last week we should be ready to run some boost through her towards the end of this week

Mike, you said you have a 2.2l block right? I assume that is the semi closed deck block (like in the 22B) as opposed to a bored or stroked 2.0l block, right? Maybe I'm just dumb...

The block is a 2.2L which is fully closed, but the displacement ends up around the 2.33L mark.

All airbags and associated wiring and control unit removed.

I'm sure there is some more but that is what springs to mind right now.

Run a search. There is a good explanation on these boards with pics and everything. The difference is how much metal connects the outer portion of the block to the cylinder walls. Stock 2.0s are open deck, which means very little metal with very large holes for coolant. The semi closed has about twice as much metal as the open, and slightly smaller and fewer holes for coolant, and the closed has a **** load of metal and very few and very small areas for coolant. It's not truely FULLY closed, as that would give no area for coolant to pass, but it's damn close.

Well we got some dyno time done today and managed to make some fairly reasonable numbers on 91.

We even shot a video http://www.daporkchop.com/host/GT35r.wmv

As always thanks to Tommy and Dev for helping with the car today and providing entertainment.
