Time to get the motor off the picker. I bought a 1000lb motor stand, should be enough for an aluminum 2.5 right?
I am going to give Nick with the JDM STI swapped black bug eye to maybe come help. IF anyone wants to help wrench or just kick it hit me up on my cell and if you don't know it hit me up via pm. I would really appreciate any help/company.

I want to do the strut bar and BOV too, but I am scared of the BOV because it has moving parts and such. Anyone ever painted their Tial?

Hopefully the FP one, 8cm. If everything works out right it will be this one https://www.i-club.com/forums/norcal-classifieds-96/fs-brand-new-fp-20g-turbo-173660/

After a little break from being sick, I got back at the motor today. Aboothman stopped by and helped tun a few wrenches with me. I hate this getting dark by 5p though.

Check out this CRACKED turbo.

Hopefully I will get the heads off tomorrow if the weather permits.

Just a suggestion, nest time leave the lines to the AC and the power steering pump hooked up. Remove the PS pump and the AC compressor and set them to the side.

Well the turbo and intake manifold are off. I wasn't too bad except the oil line on the bottom of the turbo was kinda a ***** to take off. Other than that it was pretty straight forward and went smoothly.

Looks like the weather should be good tomorrow and I will attempt the timing belt, valve covers and heads. Wohoo, almost halfway there!
