alright, all the pics I have taken on my camera are 2-3mb in size, how the H.E.Double Hockey-Sticks do you change them to the 97kb or whatever i-club makes you downsize them to??? I feel like an idiot here, please help a brotha out... Thanks

 

Im assuming this is for your avatar? I believe you can use the standard windows paint on any pc computer to edit size, but I know you can do it on GIMP 2.0(freeware)which is almost similar to photoshop. Just scale it down

 

open up your 837423897423mb picture in paint, and then resave it as a jpeg and it'll automatically reduce the size for you. If it's still too big, just keep doing that to get it smaller

 

Usually for avatars the image gets reduced automatically...

One more question regarding pics.. for example dub81 has some shady hooded guy for his little profile pic... How do I do THAT as in set that up? I have looked all over

 

that is in user control panel then under edit avatar. Then you put your picture. up.
