Lil Help Please...

Im running 18g, fmic, utec and all supporting mods. Now my exhaust is custom up pipe with tial external wastegate, hks dp, and apexi catback. Now my muffler is lil old and messed up due to salt. Now here is where my question comes into play. Im most likely looking to just get a muffler, but I think im preferring something that will allow my back seat riders to actually hear in the car. What options do I have without sacrificing to much power yet keeping it quiet in the cabin? Thank you for any suggestions listed.

The 3" Borla Hush is a fairly popular bolt-on catback. Any muffler this quiet is going to give up some amount of power compared with louder, straight-through designs.

The 3" Strömung dual or single tip is louder than the Borla Hush but still quieter than most of the big tip, straight through can designs. I have the dual-tip which looks almost factory (only bigger) and it is definitely louder than stock but you can still hold a conversation inside the cabin without shouting over the exhaust note on the freeway.

The Greddy Evo 2 is also very quiet. Or try the SPT axel-back from your local dealer.

The Greddy EVO2 catback would also be a great choice.
